2. Hosting and server log files

Our website (based on the WordPress CMS) is hosted by dper provider Hostinger hosted. The server locations we use are in France and thereby within the European Union.

Every time our website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling device. The following data is logged as so-called server log files:

Legal basis: The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e.g. booking enquiries). In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), provided this has been obtained. 4. Booking widget & booking system (Smartness)

On our website, we integrate a date selection widget, which you can use via a link during a booking request to the external booking engine of Cleverness forwards.

If you click on the booking link or use the widget, you will leave our website. The actual data entry for the booking (such as name, address, payment details) takes place directly on Smartness's servers. We subsequently receive the necessary data from Smartness in order to be able to process your booking at our resort.

5. Cookie Consent Management (Complianz)

Our website uses the consent management tool Complianz, in order to obtain your consent for the storage of certain cookies on your device or the use of certain technologies and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner.

When you enter our website, a Complianz cookie is stored in your browser to document the consents you have given or the revocation of these consents. This data is not shared with the provider of Complianz.

We use Google Fonts provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on our website.
