Our largest apartment on the first floor is the perfect choice for a holiday with the whole family or with friends. With space for up to 10 people, it offers generous room for unforgettable shared moments amidst the Tyrolean Alps.
Spanning approx. 100 m² of living space, the apartment combines modern comfort with alpine charm. Wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, selected local materials and large panoramic windows create a warm and inviting atmosphere for a particularly relaxing stay.
The apartment features three individually designed bedrooms: one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed as a double bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed that can be used as two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and a safe, offering extra comfort and security.
Three bathrooms ensure maximum privacy and comfort. One bathroom is en suite to a bedroom and features a shower, washbasin and WC. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC. The third bathroom is a real highlight with a starlight-design shower and Kneipp hose, washbasin and a private infrared sauna – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. In addition, there is a separate WC. A hairdryer, towel warmer and toiletries are naturally provided in all bathrooms.
The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy sociable hours. A large dining table with a traditional tiled stove provides comfortable seating for up to 10 people. A large leather sofa, TV and radio complete the cosy living area.
The modern designer kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together and relaxing evenings: an induction hob, oven, micro-grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine as well as plenty of crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are available.
The approx. 8 m² covered balcony offers a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains and invites you to relax. A Weber electric barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings.
Up to three parking spaces are available for this apartment. Dogs are very welcome, so your four-legged companion can also enjoy a holiday at the ArlBerglife holiday resort.
