Our breakfast buffet – fresh, local and varied
Start every day full of energy with our lovingly assembled breakfast buffet, which brings together regional and fresh produce. Look forward to freshly baked bread and pastries from the local bakery, a diverse selection of cheese and cold meats, smoked salmon, and other savoury specialities.
Create your own personal muesli from rolled oats, linseed, coconut flakes, cereals, nuts, seeds, dried fruit and fresh toppings, or enjoy classic breakfast cereals with plant-based alternatives such as soya milk. Homemade fruit yoghurt, traditional Bircher muesli, fresh fruit salad and seasonal fruit round off the selection.

For all those with a sweet tooth, there is local honey from Pettneu, homemade dandelion honey, little sweet treats, biscuits and homemade jams. Our egg dishes are freshly prepared exclusively with organic eggs from a local farmer in Pettneu, optionally as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs or fried eggs. Coffee, tea and fresh juices are available in unlimited quantities.

As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer a convenient bread delivery service featuring fresh pastries and bread from a bakery in the neighbouring village. The baked goods are delivered fresh daily and are available to you in a diverse selection. These include, among others, classic bread rolls (Kaisersemmeln), multi-seed rolls, salt sticks, organic seed rolls (Kornspitz), spelt wholemeal rolls (Vinschgerl), lye pretzels, as well as various types of bread such as dark bread, baguette and spelt wholemeal bread. For lovers of sweet pastries, there is a choice of croissants, mini nougat croissants, butter crescents (Kipferl) or cinnamon/nut swirls, for example.

A large proportion of our breads and pastries are naturally vegan as well as dairy- and egg-free. We are happy to provide gluten-free options upon request.
The fresh baked goods can be conveniently ordered via our app until 20:00 the day before and collected from 7:00 the following morning. After your reservation or upon check-in, you will receive access to the app.
