Our Apartment 2 on the first floor offers generous space for up to 6 people, or up to 8 people upon request. With approx. 90 m² of living space, it is the ideal choice for families or friends who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in the Tyrolean Alps.
The apartment combines modern Alpine design with natural materials. Wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, selected local woods and large panoramic windows create a bright, warm and particularly relaxed living atmosphere.
The accommodation features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and two of them also have their own safe. When occupied by up to 8 people, the sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional double bed.
Three bathrooms ensure maximum comfort and privacy. One bathroom is en suite to a bedroom and features a shower, washbasin and WC. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath, washbasin and WC. The third bathroom offers a wellness rain shower in a starry sky design with a Kneipp hose, a washbasin and a private infrared cabin – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. A hairdryer, heated towel rail and toiletries are, of course, provided in all bathrooms.
The spacious living and dining area invites you to spend pleasant hours together. A large dining table with a traditional stove comfortably seats up to 8 people. A cosy sofa, TV and radio complete the living area.
The modern designer kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together and enjoyable holiday moments: induction hob, micro-grill, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine as well as plenty of crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are available.
The approximately 5 m² covered balcony offers a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains and invites you to relax. A Weber electric barbecue is available for cosy evenings grilling.
Up to three parking spaces are available for this apartment. Dogs are very welcome, so your four-legged companion can also enjoy a holiday at the Arlberglife holiday resort.
